Dog Days Training Center | Directions to Dog Days

Dog Days Training Center is located just outside of Berthoud. The address is 1605 Weld County Rd. 40-1/2 Berthoud, 80513.

When arriving at the center for an appointment or when dropping off your dog for a Board & Train stay, pull up to the Training Barn. This will be the third building on your right. Have your dog on leash and wait in your car until someone comes for you.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. As we do not accept credit cards at this time, please make checks payable to Dog Days.

From Longmont, State Hwy 56 & County Line Rd: Take HWY 56 2 miles east to RD 3. Go right on RD 3, go right (south) 1 mile to RD 40 1/2. Go left and head east approx. 2/3 mile - Dog Days will be on the left, look for white rail fencing and sign.

From Longmont, US HWY 287: Take HWY 287 North to State HWY 66, go right on State HWY 66, go East 2.5 miles to County Line Rd. Take a left on County Line Rd go North for 5 miles to RD 40, go right on RD 40 1 mile to RD 3. Make a left on RD 3, go North 1/2 mile to RD 401/2, go right, head east approx. 1/2 mile- Dog Days will be on the left, look for white rail fencing and a sign.

From Boulder, Longmont, Foothills Pkwy or the Diagonal: Take Foothills to the Diagonal, take the Diagonal past Hover Rd.- Stay on Ken Pratt Blvd. (State HWY 119) If you want to go through Longmont, then turn left onto Main Street in Longmont (US HWY 287) use the directions from US HWY 287. You can also stay on State HWY 119 until you reach County Line Rd. Once you reach HWY 66 go north 5 miles to RD 40, go right on RD 40 1 mile to RD 3. Make a left on RD 3, go North 1/2 mile to RD 401/2, go right, head east approx. 1/2 mile- Dog Days will be on the left, look for white rail fencing and a sign.

For those taking I-25 from the North or South: Take I-25 to Exit #250 which is State HWY 56/Berthoud. *Go west approx. 2 miles to RD 5. Make a left on RD 5, go south to RD 40 1/2 approx. 1 mile, (the first right). At 40 1/2, go west 1/3 mile, Dog Days is on the right. There is white rail fencing and a sign. Address is: 1605 401/2. NOTE: If you are coming from Fort Collins /Loveland area, please take I-25 south to the Berthoud exit and make a right onto State HWY 56 and follow directions from *.

US-287 from Loveland, Fort Collins: Head south on US-287 until US-287 begins to bend right (west) to go through downtown Berthoud. Just as the road turns, turn left in order to head straight east on County Road 56. Proceed 2 miles east on County Road 56 and turn right onto County Road 3. Head South 1-1/2 miles on County Road 3 and take the first left onto County Road 40-1/2. Dog Days is 1/2 mile on the left, with a white fence and a sign.
